Hi,
I created a project from my machine(logged in as my windows user account) using MS Projects professional 2003. Though it was created from my machine iam not the project manager. The intended project manager is say X. When the resource in the project, book their actuals an approval mail is sent to me rather than the Project manager X. I tried changing the owner of the project using the project web access. Still the mail for approval is sent to me. How can i change the option?

Is there an option where i can go & change the name of the project manager. pls hel

Thanks

Project Manager X needs to open the project in question, and then do the
following:

1. Click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments
2. In the Republish Assignments dialog box, select the "Become the manager
for these assignments" option
3. Click OK

Completing these steps will cause the system to redirect task updates to
Project Manager X. Hope this helps.
