Changing the search order with multiple contact lists

I have one contact list that is only office employees...the other outside
contacts...how do I change the search order so that it looks in the office
employees first.

In Tools > Services, look at the Properties for the Outlook Address Book.
Then look at the Addressing Tab to set your sort order.
