changing the size of a shape

for visio 2003 pro on wip xp. all fixes for xp and visio applied.

i am doing a drawing of a bathroom. i pull the bathtub1 shape onto my
page. i unprotect it so i can change the size. i try to make it
larger. it goes shooting off the screen. i am not pulling it over
the edge of the page and it does not matter where on the page it is
when i do that.

i do exactly the same with other bathtub and other shapes and they
stay on the page.

why is visio doing that and how do i stop it.

thanks.

The correct way to resize this shape is to select the shape and use
the menu Data -> Shape Data (Custom Properties in Visio 2003).
