Changing ? to É

Maybe you can help…my keyboard seems really strange, I have obviously
triggered something to make my keys change their function, its like the
language is switched, this following crazy E is actually supposed to be a
question mark É, and other keys are messed too….do you know what I have done
and how to fix it without restarting my computerÉ

Check the keyboard language settings (in Control Panel) and the Office
language settings (in Start, Microsoft Office, Tools, Language Setting
Tool)>
