I am the domain admin for a small LAN (around 60 users) and want to enforce
a signature on everyone for their outlook email.
We have Exchange 2000 on a Windows 2000 network.
I can obviously go into everyone Signature folder (as the profiles are all
roaming and stored on the LAN) and make the required changes, but is there a
way of logging on as a user and making these changes (especially to add
signatures for those who don't already) without having to chang etheir
domain passwords to allow me to log in as them?
Better still, is there a better way of doing this all together? The company
won't give me money to spend on software to do it has to be done the manual
way or with freeware.
Thanks
