changing values in custom outline codes

The question I have is, if I change/remove an individual who is no longer a
work manager, what will happen to the projects that he is still active in?
Will the projects he is a work manager of be updated to the new work manager?
Just asking cause I would hate to ruin someones day

Try asking a better question. Specify the version you're using and use terms
that are used by Microsoft, avoid paraphrasing as this leads to confusion
