How can I change the worksheet's name without using mouse but only via
keyboard?

Alt+O, then H, then R, then type the new name. You can
find this in Excel Help for shortcut keys.

Press [Alt], then [O], [H], [R]. This allows you to select sheet
renaming via the Format menu.
