character limit per cell

Hi
I have an end user who is trying to word wrap a lot of text in a single cell (1,152 characters including spaces) but the text isn't word wraping the very last line. Is there a limit to the number of characters per cell or is there another problem that I don't know about? I've tried all the usual fixes without any luck
Any help appreciated

the maximum is 1024 characters per cell. You can extend
this by manually entering linebreaks with ALT+ENTER
