Characters slide to left of page when printing out

I have one user of Word 2002 on XP PC that when she prints a document all the
characters slide over to the left and print out in a single column. Detect &
Repair fixes this temporarily, but it is occurring over and over again. Any
suggestions on how to permanently correct this problem?
