Chart displays wrong month format

I'm building a PP presentation in C#,
working with "VS2003" and "PowerPoint 11 Object Library".
I have a problem with a chart object.
In the columns of the data sheet I have month names and year (for example –
“February 2007â€).
Sometimes the chart presents the “February 2007†from the data sheet as
“01/02/2007â€.
Any ideas?
