Chart For Hiring Plan

Hi All,

I have to show ramp-up plan of my team. i have prepared the database fo
creating pivot table & chart.

Please find attached the excel for the same. I need the chart whic
shows the number of opening with actual + engaged.

Two chart has been made one by Pivot table(i.e. chart A) & other CHart
. I want to prepare Chart B with help of Pivot table.
