After spending about 2 hours trying to figure out why charts in some of
my reports were not visible, I have finally solved the mistery.
The solution is quiet simple. Silly me.
Attention everyone who makes reports based on existing reports just by
changing the report's and chart's recorsource:
do not forget to rename the master field in your report!!! Otherwise if
you have linked master-child fields in the report with a chart, the
chart will not show (obviously). Select the master filed in report and
check that its name in the Properties window ('Other' tab) is the same
as the Link Master Fileds name in the chart's properties window ('Data'
tab).
When I was making new reports based on existing reports with a chart,
and changed the datasource of both and the Control Source of report's
fields, I forgot to change the Name of report's fields, hence the
charts would not show.
