SJT,
What happens if you click on a series in the graph and then choose the
appropriate graphtype with the graphtype (don't know the exact wording here
as I use the Dutch version) button on the general toolbar. The series you
chose should be formatted according to the chosen type.
A. Click on the chart In the dropdown that reads (probably) "chart area"
select the data series you wish to change
B.Go to Chart>chart type
C. Make sure "apply to selection" is ticked
D. Choose the chart type for this data
