I have an MS Access reporting app that (was converted to v10 from v97 and )
when runs, a report of apprx. 75 pages that contains multiple chart objects
on one report will infrequently not display the series data from the
chartobject rowsource. (This app uses linked tables to an ORACLE b/e but is
populating a local table for the query that feeds the report). So when this
error happens, the chart object will use the chart object default datasheet
values that was used to create the chart object originally. When the same
report is rerun, the values that where not showing for a particular record
will now show up as they should have in the previous report, but on a
different record (on a different chart object) it will present the same
error. If I run the report (selecting only one record as the batch instead
of all "suppliers") then the single report will chart the data correctly for
the one supplier record. On two seperate test runs, I got 12 errors on
test#1 and 16 chart objects errors on test#2 and there was no correlation
between report records. All tests used the exact same criteria. I did
completely recreate all the chart objects in v10 hoping that the conversion
was the problem. Any ideas?
