Hi
I'm converting an XLS into Access.
One part of the Excel sheet that I have to replicate in
the Acces file is a chart with locations across the top
(columns), facilities down the side (rows) and colour
coding on the co-responding cells to represent has got/
hasn't got/is near by etc etc.
Having converted to Access, these colour coded 'status's'
have become numbers. However the report is still required
in the original format.
I dont think that Access charts can cope with this, or at
least I've found nothing similar, so I was thinking of
linking to an XL sheet, exporting the Access data into
it, and drawing the original chart from that. From there
I was going to embed the chart back into an Access form
Pain in the a$$? You bet - anyone think of something
easier?
