Chart Tab Names

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Infrequently, but enough to be annoying, the names of the chart sheet tabs change to "Chart 1", "Chart 2", "Chart 3", ...
I can rename them and they stick for a while.
