Is it possible to have two alternative scales on the same chart? If so How do
you set up the scale?

Excel's help on this subject is close, not ideal.
If put numbers in cells D1
6,E1:E6,F1:F6, and G1:G6.
Selected scatter plot, named the series what i wanted to, selected G1:G6 as
my x-axis, for each series (D16,E1:E6,F1:F6) finished the chart as an
insert.
Selected the third series(F1:F6),right click,format data series, Axis
tab,select "Secondary axis".
