I need to make a chart that shows changes in weight over time. I have two fields: date and weight. I need to show 5 years of data separately for each patient.
I can call up the chart for the patient I want. The problem is that the data points are displayed in equal distances and do not accuractly reflect the time between the dates that the weights were collected.
Selecting the time category in the chart options doesn't work because the start and end dates for each patient's data is different.
Can anyone help?
