Why when I create a chart and rotate it so the letters run sideways, does the
last letter in the y axis title always get cut off?

CelMar,

Try giving your graph more space within the whole graph container. Confused?

When you double click a graph in powerpoint...... the large outer box is the 'whole graph container'. If you cycle
through all the elements of the graph with the cursor keys.... eventually you will see 'the graph' selected (i.e. the
graph area.... minus the axis labels). You need to re-size this smaller. Then the labels should fit.

This happens to me too. It only happens when I go to edit a chart. It does
not happen when the chart is initially created. I don't have a solution
(yet).

I have a similar problem. I tried the advise below. But it it did not
resolve the label problem. When I size the the graph smaller, the labels are
truncated even more!

The truncation problem occurs for me after I edit a graph (e.g., to change a
bar color) and with a rotated y-axis.
