Could I please have advise on the following:

Making a chart is a piece of cake, but I have been trying to add a
percentage inc/decrease line within the chart. For example I am working on a
yearly profit/loss that highlights the values(not as a percentage)but require
percentage inc or decrease to be shown as well.
It seems that I can only add a line without text.
Is there any way around this.
I have Office 2003

Not in Outlook.
It probably would be better to try it in Excel instead or in a financial
application.
