Chat Program - Shareware or Freeware

I'm looking for a good freeware or shareware chat program to integrate with
FP.

Any suggestions or URL's would be helpful.

It depends heavily on how sophisticated a chat system you want to run. I
have two running. One for a web browser, one for a telnet client (it
handles upto 4000 connections). You can see both (and they were written by
someone else and are free) at: www.chatnfiles.com

There are a lot of .asp chat programs, php chat programs and perl
chatprograms out there.
