Cheap Office 2003 Pro. Is it Legitimate?

Received an email selling Office 2003 Pro for $69.
Here is the web address: http://alex-software.com/microsoft.html
They claim their prices are cheaper because they don't pay for shipping or
packaging, the software is downloaded from their site. I can't find any
appropriate contact information on the Microsoft site to ask them so maybe
someone here has some insight?

It appears they don't pay for licensing either, which in this case would
be the part that affects you most!
