check actual url against displayed url in email messages and warn.

many of the fake warnings from banks etc contain embedded links to "reconfirm
your password" etc - if the actual url detail is not identical to the
underlined link shwon in the body of the message a warning to this effect
could pop up to alert the user of this fact. this might reduce this type of
spam and malware.

I'd settle just for the actual URL to appear in the status bar when you
hover the mouse over the link, just like you see in Internet Explorer.
