Check box in a cell

I want to be able to put a check box within a cell in Excell. Is that
possible? I know that you can use a check box in Word, but I have never been
able to figure out how to do it in Excel.

hi,

right click on the bars area, chose form bar, excel will exhibit it, clcik
on the check box icon and have fun
