check box size (Not Small Enough)

I have created a form using Active X Checkboxes (about 300 of them), but the
form is slow to respond and is over 1 MB. I was going to try using Forms
Checkboxes, but they do not get small enough. The smallest I can get them is
..24 X .33.

Any Ideas?
