I have a form call Prescription Approval. Three option buttons allow the
user to update the status of a request (Unread, pending physician, approved).
When one of these option buttons are selected, I would like the username to
be stored in the field "Assignment" and the current date to be stored in
"Assignment date". I understand from other posts that I can use OnFocus to
store these instructions. However, I am new to code and need a helping hand.
