Check for Changes

I only want to save a document if changes have been made - is there some code
that will tell you if changes have been made to a document?

ActiveDocument.Saved will return True if the specified document or template
has not changed since it was last saved. False if Microsoft Word displays a
prompt to save changes when the document is closed.
