'Check for Updates' Doesn't Check For Updates

Why does 'Check for Updates' send me to a site that wants me to change from
Windows Update to Microsoft Update in Access 2007??
Is there any way around this so I can check for updates directly from Access
2007??

Because MS Update includes more products than Windows Update including
MS Office.
