Check if File exists

Hy,

is there a easy command, to check if a file exists?

Reason: The Field "File" is filled by external DB Update (for example
"C:\Test.pdf").Before a users uses the Field Value for further working,
Access must check, if the file realy exists. If not, a message box should
appear.

Any idea about the file command?
