Check IN is Greyed Out

I am having issues forcing check-in of Enterpirse Objects. All services are
operating normally, and I evern re-booted the server. However, I can not
check in the objects, (The Check in button is greyed out.) and also, I have
noticed that I can not find any information on resources when I go to pull
them up.

MS PROJECT SERVER 2007.

Check your permissions. Make sure you have the global permission to allow
project check-in. Check groups that your user is a member of for an explicit
deny on this permission.

I already did that. I have full admin rights. I was reading where a user had
their global template checked out and it caused this kind of problem. Will
restarting a service clear that? I wish I could send you screen shots of the
errors I am getting. I can't pull up resources to make changes to them.

do you check the queue? Maybe some job block it.

NO Queue is working fine. I even have this problem after I re-boot the
server. I also can not pull up any activities or view any resource's data. I
wish I could post a screen shot!
