Check in Project wtih Project Mgr deleted

Hi,
I have deleted a project manager who had checked out a project. Now I cannot
check in and then delete that project. Can some one please guide what Should
I do? I tried going to enterprise options but that project is not listed
there. But it is listed when I go to Project Cleanup.
