check-in project

How would I go about checking-in a project that says it's
checked out, but it really isn't?

Hi,
In order to check in, login as administrator in PWA.
Go to admin --> Manage Enterprise Features --> Check in
Enterprise Projects.

I have this same problem. No one can open the project
because it's checked out, but it's not listed in
the "check-in projects" list!
Help! This is a persistant problem.
