Hi everyone, i am a exchange beginner , my company have migrate the server
from 5.5 to 2000 and all the user have finished the migration, seem everyone
login normally without change any setting, but some of the user have problem,
some user cant use check name function to go to their mailbox, symptons: in
outlook exchange server perference, type the new server name and type the
user name to check name seem cant resolve the name, display a error "The name
could not be resolved. The operation failed "but when i type the old server
5.5 name and check name for the user, the server name will automally change
to new server name and check name seem ok, i 100% confirmed that user have
migrate, but anyone have this experience for that problem? i have search many
web site but still cant resolved, please help
