...check name using these address lists...

Has anybody experienced a problem where the "When sending
mail, check names using these address lists in the
following order" actually rearranges the priority order?
We have a couple cases at this organization where the GAL
entry has moved down from the top of the list without the
user doing anything.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks,

Not that I know of. Were the profiles created manually or by script? Also;
what version of Outlook are we talking about?
