CHECK NAMES Greyed out in Tools menu

Hello All,

I added Mail Check Names to the Tools menu via the Customize dialog. It
added it, but it stays grey. However, the Check names icon on the mail menu
is working fine.

Does anyone know how to fix this so I can activate Check names throuth
Tools|Check Names.
