Checkbox and optionbutton

I got some checkboxes and optionbuttons that I give different values. Is it
possible to easy get the values added together in a textbox, table field or
somthing else?

Require knowledge/use of JavaScript (client-side in browser) or ASP, ASP.net, PHP, etc.
(server-side) to accomplish.
