Checkboxes are missing when report is exported to Word

When I export an Access 2007 report to Word the checkboxes in the report are
missing in the Word document.

As you found, the export to Word produces rich text, without any of the
graphical elements (pictures, lines, check boxes.)

An alternative is to use the Wingdings character for the check boxes.
