Checkboxes do not show when Worksheets Emailed

This above code runs and the resulting email shows blank where the
checkboxes should be

I see both (forms and activex checkboxes if I mail)

Note: in 2007

If you use Conditional Formatting Icons or Data bars in your Excel 2007 workbook the
receiver will not see them in the mail.

I will try the code. Got an error message on the 1st attempt to post this
question so tried again. Sorry for the double post and thanks for your help

I'm still not seeing the checkboxes. I have tried both with and without
pictures. I am not using a form just directly inputting to a worksheet which
has Checkboxes located on it.

Do you use another version
