Checkboxes on Contact form

I have some User-defined fields on my revised contact form.

If the ALL Groups CheckBox is selected, I want to change the other
CheckBoxes to false.

I have done VBA for years, but new to the Outlook environment. Seems
like it should be so easy.

The details depend on whether the check boxes are each bound to an Outlook
property or whether they're unbound. See
