Checked out project files

Twice now when closing a modified project(located on a
project 2002 server), Project allows the user to close
without prompting to save. It then leaves the project
checked out (so we can't access it). How can I check it
back in manually? did the changes get saved?

In Project Server 2002, the Project Server administrator must check in the
project for the user by doing the following:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions
2. Click the Admin menu
3. Click the Manage enterprise features link
4. Click the Check in enterprise projects link in the sidepane
5. Select the project in question and click the Check-In button
