Hello all,

I'm fairly new to creating an access database and I'm having some troubles.
I've created a lease management database. So far, everything is working
fine. Here's my dilemma:

I need a form which will be a checklist of who is responsible for what.
Example:

HVAC Maintenance - check box choices would be 1) Tenant Reimburses Landlord;
2) Tenant Maintains; or, 3) Landlord Maintains.

We have 15 obligations which are standard for each lease we manage, but we
should have the ability to add more.

I don't know how to do this without having recurrance issues. We have
approximately 150 leases to manage.

Any ideas?
