Chg Embedded To Linked

Hello there. Using A02 on XP. Discovered Linked rather
than Embedded Picture Type will save lots of file bloat.
However, I have 20+ DB's with many forms. Getting motion
sickness from the repetitive task. Is there a way to
write something to run in each DB to switch them? A
module, I'm thinking? Thanks in advance for any help or
advice.
