We are trying to get an Outlook e-mail to print Chinese characters instead
of the gobbledygook that is appearing now. We installed the Simplified
Chinese pack, but while we received new fonts, we were not able to read the
text in the e-mail. We even tried selecting the text and changing the font,
but this did not work. Help! we are having an issue in both Outlook 2000 and
2003.
