Chinese language control in text form fields?

Hi folks, I'm creating a template in Chinese (with Chinese characters) and
it's working fine most of the time. One thing that doesn't work though is to
use Chinese language control in text form fields. If I have a
sentence/paragraph with chinese charachters (where the language is Chinese
and working fine) and insert a text field the language switches to English
(or whatever but not Chinese) for the field. I can enter the Chinese
charachters in the text field, but not change the language (nothing happens
when I try).

Any ideas?
