Evening all,

I have a knowledge base that I have created in excel but I need to find a
better solution as it is becoming too large to use effectively and is fast
outgrowing it's usefulness in it's current format.

It is a relatively simple affair that consists of the following data:
Item
Problem experienced
Fix details

The fix details field is quite a big field and can contain a lot of
information which is difficult to view properly in excel.
I also need to be able to search on item and/or problem details in order to
get the correct fix details.

Anyone got any ideas of the best way to do this?
Or even better a template of something similar that I could beg borrow or
steal?!!
