Choose account when sending

I'm using multiple accounts, and are aware of the possibility to choose an
account before sending. However, sometimes I forget to choose the right
account. Therefore, I would be glad to hear how to make a pop-up vindow
AFTER having pressed send, where to choose the correct account.

You would have to do some programming to get this to happen - it is not a
default behavior in Outlook.
