I currently use Access 2000.
I have a data entry form that has a few "unbounded" data entry fields. I
would like to run 1 of 6 different reports depending upon the the data that
is entered. I know I can create a Menu Form listing the 6 reports, but I
would prefer not to leave the decision to the end user. Can I do what I
want? I would need a brief description on how to accomplish this.
In addition, I would like to populate the reports with some of the data
entry data . These reports use MS Word documents to produce multiple
invoices. I would also like to populate the names and addresses to create
the mailing address in the window envelope area. I can populate the document
now, but am unable to exclude unnecessary spaces or lines. Can someone
inform me how I might accomplish this?
