choosing browser that Outlook Express uses for http links

When I click on a http link that's included in an email I've received,
Outlook Express uses the Earthlink browser to view it. I want to use
Internet Explorer. I've checked under Tools:Option and Tools:Accounts,
but I don't see anything that shows that I have chosen Earthlink, so I
don't know how to change it to Explorer.

Any suggestions? This is not addressed in the Help Index.

Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs and check the option to have
IE as the default browser
