What does locate link browser window mean?

I changed from Outlook Express to Outlook 2002 and now get a "locate link
browser" form when I click on a link in an email. I know I must direct it to
my browser (Internet Explorer), but I do not know how to do that.

You have Firefox installed, don't you? Knowing WHICH browser you expect
a URL link to open in would help with analyzing your problem. Obviously
clicking on a URL link is not an Outlook issue since you are expecting a
web browser to open.
