choosing multiple criteria from drop down list

Trying to Finish

I have a database that has numerous facilities. Each facilities has numerous
care and supervision options. I made a drop down list of common care and
supervision options. i also made a separate table of the same options. How
can I choose more than one option for a facility? Each facility varies in
its care options. Can I use a drop down or a table to do this?
